- Deed of Establishment of the Company (Akta Pendirian).
- Ministry of Law and Human Rights Approval Decree for the company (SK Kemkumham).
- Copy of the latest notarial deed of amendment to the articles of association (Akta Perubahan) and its registration/approval document from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (SK Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia) (if any).
- Company Tax ID Number (NPWP Company).
- Business License / Company Registration Number (NIB).
- Standard Certificate (Certificate Standard) (if any).
- PKKPR or KKKPR — Land Use Conformity Approval / Location Permit.
- PBG / SLF — Building Construction Permit and Certificate of Occupancy (Function Worthiness Certificate).
- Environmental Permit (Izin Lingkungan) — SPPL, UKL-UPL, etc.
- Additional technical permits (if any).
