THE COST OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY'S SERVICES
The cost of managing the property is up to 40% of the cost of renting the property and includes:

15% - the cost of booking - deductions to booking systems
10% - the cost of villa maintenance, cleaning and utilities (the amount may vary depending on the size of the object)
15% - the income of the management company, which is 25% of the income after deducting the costs of booking and villa maintenance.
